How Does the Self Heal?

Healing is not about becoming someone new. Healing is remembering that you are not your thoughts, not your past, and not your wounds. You are the awareness that can witness them, understand them, and consciously choose a new response.

The XISDOM path to healing is simple:

We heal when we accept reality as it is.

We heal when we stop struggling with every thought and emotion.

We heal when we focus on solutions instead of problems.

We heal when we reconnect with nature, where the mind naturally becomes quiet.

We heal when we surrender what we cannot control and release what no longer serves us.

The more we witness, the less we suffer.

The more we understand, the more we heal.

Healing is not fixing the Self.Healing is allowing the Self to shine through the noise of the mind.
